The Clarify with AI feature offers the ability to generate personalized clarification questions powered by AI based on a respondent's initial answer to an open-ended form question.
Clarify with AI is subject to the limits set forth in the plan you have purchased. Those limits relate to the amount of times a respondent interacts with Clarify with AI and submits a form**.** By way of example, if you have a limit of 10,000 Clarify with AI completions, each time a respondent submits a form in which the respondent has interacted with a Clarify with AI question, it will count as 1 completion. If there are 2 Clarify with AI questions present in the form and the respondent submits the form, it will count as 2 completions. If you happen to reach the applicable limit to your plan, the form in which Clarify with AI is active will keep open and collect responses, but the question will no longer interact with the respondent using Clarify with AI to become a regular long text question. For clarification purposes, if you have been let use this feature as part of a trial, limits will be enforced as soon as your trial period ends.
Further note that Clarify with AI requires that you share the previous questions of the form and the responses to the Clarify with AI block of the respondent at issue with the AI Provider.
