For us to offer you the features identified below (the “AI Services”), we need the collaboration of third parties such as Claude Anthropic's LLM models via Amazon Bedrock or Open AI (indistinctly referred to as the “AI Providers”). AI Providers are not an affiliate, partner, agent or representative of us. We disclaim any liability for any output, including their accuracy, integrity, quality, legality, usefulness or safety, or any intellectual property rights therein.

You may provide input when using the AI Services (“Input”) to receive output powered by AI (“Output”). We do not own and we will not claim ownership of the Input and the Output, but we do not make any guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind to you regarding the ownership or your right to use the Output. We disclaim any liability for any third-party IP, including their accuracy, integrity, quality, legality, usefulness or safety, or any intellectual property rights therein.

You further acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning and the technology powering these AI Services, Output may not be unique and the AI Services at issue may generate the same or similar output to a third party. The availability of any of these AI Services does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with any Outputs.

You are solely responsible for your use of these AI Services, and any losses or liabilities of any kind associated to that use. You shall comply with all rights, obligations, conditions, policies, laws and regulations applying to the use of such AI Services. In particular but without limitation, you are responsible for (i) providing any notice and/or obtaining any consent from respondents or any other individuals, where appropriate; (ii) shall not mislead any person that the Output were solely human generated, and (iii) shall not generate spam. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all Losses, arising out of any Action brought by a third party related to your use of these AI Services and/or the Output.

If you use the Output to make consequential decisions, if so possible under AI Providers' applicable terms and conditions, you must evaluate the potential risks of your use case and implement appropriate human oversight, testing, and other use case-specific safeguards to mitigate such risks. Consequential decisions include those impacting a person’s fundamental rights, health, or safety (e.g., medical diagnosis, judicial proceedings, access to critical benefits like housing or government benefits, opportunities like education, decisions to hire or terminate employees, or access to lending/credit, and providing legal, financial, or medical advice). You agree to provide information about your intended uses of the AI Services at issue upon request. You are responsible for all decisions made, advice given, actions taken, and failures to take action based on your use of the AI Services and the Output. Output should be evaluated for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case.

By using these AI Services, you agree as well, to comply with all of AI Providers terms and conditions, which can be found here, here, here, and here, respectively, including any restrictions on use contained therein. This section may be updated to add new terms and conditions of AI Providers we may engage in the future.
