Trim Video: Adjust the length of your video question by trimming unnecessary parts.
Disable Captions: You can now disable the option for respondents to turn on captions, giving you more control over the video experience.
Playback Speed Control: Respondents can now adjust playback speed, making it easier to consume longer video questions.
On top of these new customization options, creators can now download video answers, making it easier to access and use respondent-generated content.

Clarify with AI to encourage more detailed responses
Clarify with AI acts as a virtual interviewer during form responses. When a customer answers an open-ended question with a vague response like "good," the AI automatically follows up with a natural and curious response, such as "Good, how? What stood out?"
This makes data collection feel more like a conversation, encouraging respondents to provide more detailed feedback, while brands get richer, actionable insights from each response.

B2C data enrichment for deeper customer insights
Earlier this year, Typeform launched B2B data enrichment, helping businesses to enhance form responses with third-party data. Now, this powerful feature is being extended to B2C data as well. Using just a personal email address, companies can enrich their collected data with demographic and job-related insights pulled from trusted third-party sources.
With data pulled from two top data enrichment vendors, this new B2C enrichment builds a more complete customer profile, combining these insights with your existing B2B data for a 360-degree view of your customer. The end result? More targeted, personalized marketing campaigns and a deeper understanding of your customer base.
Note, if you already have B2B enrichment set up with existing forms, you will need to manually update to also include B2C enrichment.

Earlier this year, we introduced Google reCAPTCHA to help protect your forms from spam and bot submissions. Now, we’re building on that by releasing Invisible reCAPTCHA. This new feature enables creators to seamlessly collect all form submissions while automatically detecting and flagging potential spam—without requiring any user interaction.
You'll have visibility into every response, including those flagged as spam, ensuring you don’t miss any important data. Plus, flagged responses won’t count toward your submission limits or be processed through APIs, webhooks, or other integrations. As bots become more sophisticated, Invisible reCAPTCHA is an essential tool for maintaining accurate, reliable data and preserving the trustworthiness of your insights.

COMING SOON: New Klaviyo integration with real-time data sync
