This is the Schedule 2.1 to our MEA.

Client may be offered to take part in early access programs to use so-called alpha or beta versions of the Software or, in general, the Services or Materials (“Beta Services”). If Client agrees to participate in a Beta Service, Client shall use such Beta Service(s) solely for the stated purposes thereof and any other terms TYPEFORM may set. Beta Services may not work in accordance with the documentation or Materials provided to Client, or contain errors, defects or bugs, and may result in unexpected results, corruption or loss of data, or other unpredictable damage or loss, as Client acknowledges and agrees. Beta Services are not covered under any SLAs commitments that may be offered as part of the Agreement, and TYPEFORM does not make any sort of representation or warranty, and disclaims any liabilities.

Beta Services may be discontinued at any time, for no reason and without prior notice, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring TYPEFORM to release Beta Services as part of its regular Services.
