Spam Prevention (Beta)

The “Spam Prevention” feature offers the ability to protect your forms from spam by preventing bot or other malicious software from submitting responses. 

This feature is provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), by means of  and its reCAPTCHA Enterprise technology. By using the Spam Prevention feature, you agree that your form will be protected by reCaptcha, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply. 

You will be responsible for providing any necessary notices or consents for the collection of this data with Google, according to any applicable privacy laws. In particular, without limitation, you are required to activate the cookie banner, and you shall not remove any disclaimers and/or notices added to the form for purposes of letting respondents know of Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use that apply to the use of the reCAPTCHA feature.

Please, acknowledge that Google is not an affiliate, partner, agent or representative of us. We do not own the reCAPTCHA Enterprise technology and do not make any guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind to you regarding your right to use the Spam Prevention feature. You are solely responsible for your use of the Spam Prevention feature, and any liabilities or, more generally, Losses of any kind associated with that use. You shall comply with all rights, obligations, conditions, policies, laws, regulations, in particular privacy laws and regulations, when using the Spam Prevention feature. 

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of any Actions brought by a third party related to your use of the Spam Prevention feature.
