Typeform for Growth beta program ending July 10, 2024

The Typeform for Growth Beta program will end on July 10, 2024. If you’ve participated as a tester in this program, please be aware that after this date, any forms containing features from the beta program will be automatically unpublished unless you transition to a Typeform for Growth subscription plan.

Features from the beta program include:

- Video questions
- Data enrichment
- Spam prevention

To ensure your forms remain published and operational, you have two options:

- Subscribe to a Typeform for Growth plan
- Remove all beta program features from your forms before July 10, 2024.

If your forms are unpublished, respondents won't be able to view or answer them. Instead, they’ll see something like this:

Starting from July 1, 2024, you can subscribe to a Typeform for Growth plan. If you’d like to subscribe to the Growth Essentials or Growth Pro plan, log into your account and head over to the Plan & Billing section to upgrade your subscription. More detailed instructions can be found here.

Remove all beta program features from your forms

If you decide not to subscribe to a Typeform for Growth plan, you'll need to remove all beta program features from your forms to keep them published.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. From your workspace, open the form that contains beta program features.

2. Check if your form contains any of the following features and remove them by following these instructions:

- Video questions: Change video questions to text questions by clicking Text in the right-hand side panel, then typing in your question. Find more information about video questions here.

- Data enrichment: If you do not subscribe to a Typeform for Growth plan, data enrichment will be automatically removed from your forms and the Data enrichment toggle will be grayed out. You do not need to remove this feature yourself. Your forms will remain published. More information on data enrichment can be found here.

- Spam prevention: Turn off reCAPTCHA protection by clicking on the settings icon in the Create panel toolbar...

…then disabling the toggle for reCAPTCHA protection.

Once you’ve removed the above features from your forms, make sure to hit Publish to make the changes live. Always double-check your forms with preview mode after making changes to ensure everything works as expected.
