Migrating Starter, Standard, and Advanced plans September 2024

On September 1st, 2024, Typeform will retire some pricing plans that were available in 2023 - Starter, Standard, and Advanced. All users on these plans will be moved to the closest equivalent plans.

If you are subscribed to one of these plans, we have sent you an email explaining how this affects you. Please check your email for those details.

Plan renewals

When your plan renews after September 1st, 2024, we will automatically move you to the closest available alternative plan, making sure you keep as many of the features you have as possible. For some users this will mean a reduction in cost, and for some an increase. For anyone subject to a cost increase, we will offer a one time discount code to ensure that increase is not more than 20% of your current renewal charge. Please check your email for precise details about your plan changes.

Will I lose access to any features?

As far as possible we will try to avoid this, but in a few cases this will happen. Please see the section below on feature changes.
All affected customers will get the same number of responses or more on their new plans.

What happens to forms using features that are not in my new plan?

In this case, you can remove those features from your form to continue using it. If not, your form will be unpublished and unavailable to your audience after September 1st. As mentioned above, we are doing our best to avoid this, and very few customers will find themselves in this position. This article explains what you will see.

Will I lose access to my collected data if I downgrade or change plans?

No. You will still be able to view any data you have collected in your Typeform account. Read more here.

Feature changes

The email we sent you will tell you which plan we are moving you into.

If you currently have a Starter plan, and are moving to Basic, you will lose access to 2 Organization viewer seats, Premium Themes and Question Insights.

If you currently have a Starter plan and are moving to Plus, you will lose access to 2 Organization viewer seats and Question Insights.

If you currently have a Standard or Advanced plan, and are moving to Business, you will lose access to 6 Organization viewer seats only.
