Freshdesk integration: Field mappings

If you've set up our Freshdesk integration already, you can find all supported field mappings here.

You can only map your Typeform questions to the following Freshdesk fields:

Typeform	Freshdesk
Short Text	Ticket subject, Ticket description
Long Text	Ticket subject, Ticket description
Email	Contact email

No other Typeform questions can currently be mapped to Freshdesk fields, and no data from unsupported question types will be sent through to the Freshdesk.
