Find your Freshdesk API key and helpdesk URL

You need these to set up an integration with Typeform and Freshdesk.

To find these, open your Freshdesk account, and click your profile avatar in the top right corner.

Choose Profile settings:

Your API key is in the top right of the Profile settings screen (blurred-out in the image!):

To find your helpdesk name, go to the Freshdesk Admin panel and click Portals:

Here you can see your Freshdesk helpdesk URL:
