Custom Forms (Beta)

The “Custom Fonts” feature allows you to use customized fonts by uploading a file or submitting them to the Services (the “Custom Fonts”).

For any Custom Fonts you upload or submit to the Services you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for authorizing us to use, as part of the Service, the Custom Fonts you have provided us with, and that we are authorized to use, reproduce, display, host, transform, distribute or, otherwise, make the Custom Fonts available through the Services for your use. We disclaim any intellectual property or other rights, other than the ones you are granting us hereunder, on Custom Fonts.

You shall defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of any Actions brought by a third party related to your Custom Fonts.

If we are informed by a third party, or become aware that you do not have the rights to which you warrant herein, or that your Custom Fonts violate third-party intellectual property rights, then, and without excluding any other remedies we may be entitled to under the Agreement, we may remove the Custom Fonts from your Account or from the Services that use such Custom Fonts. You acknowledge and agree that we will have no liability in connection with the removal.

You may revoke our access to your Custom Fonts and terminate our rights at any time by deleting your Custom Fonts from the Account. Upon termination of the subscription term under which this feature has been released, we reserve the right to delete your Custom Fonts. Some copies of your Custom Fonts may be retained as part of our routine backups. We may collect information connected to your use of the Custom Fonts, such as names of the Custom Fonts that you upload and how you use the Custom Fonts.
